Family commission…

So, my nephew (who’s name also happens to be Noah) is having his Bar Mitzvah soon. Here’s a piece I did for display at his reception. He’s a drummer, and he has kind of a Beatles-esque “moptop” hairstyle, so naturally I went with the Ringo approach (click the image for a larger version)…

The ForceCast: Clone Wars Roundtable, S2: Ep.16

I was honored to be on THE BEST STAR WARS PODCAST EVER, The ForceCast, again as a guest panelist for their Roundtable discussion on The Clone Wars episode “Cat and Mouse”. I was alongside co-hosts Jason Swank and Jimmy Mac, and Billy Mac (Jimmy’s younger bro) who was another guest panelist. We had a blast talking over this episode. Ironically, a lot of Trek comparisons were mentioned…KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHN!!!

Delay…

Hey all, well, as you definitely guessed, there’s been a delay on the switchover. The Square Space link is set up, but I’m still “moving around furniture” and reskinning it. If you’re a bit more on the tech-savvy side you could probably find it…okay, okay…you don’t have to be tech savvy, just Google it and you shall find it. However it’s completely bare right now, but not for long. I’ve been very busy with content to start populating it with as well as other exciting projects. I will start posting a bit more regularly soon. I know you miss me…all one or two of you!! 😉

Moving over to a different blog system…

So, about a couple months back I took the plunge and moved all my stuff over to Square Space, I just haven’t completed the re-skinning process with a new logo and graphics. That’s why I haven’t announced it officially. By the end of this week, I plan on being all “moved in”. So look here for the announcement on, what will be, the last post here on my WordPress site. I will still leave this up for those of you that wish to peruse through old posts, or perhaps people who are new to what I do and wish to get caught up. I happen to have another site on Square Space, which is my web design portfolio, which is what I’ve been doing as a day job for the last 14 years.

In any event, stay tuned here for the switch over!

New Star Wars Art…

This was a commission that I did for a former associate. It was for his daughter (who happens to be a Star Wars nut), she’s a fan of The Sith, so I made her a Sith apprentice. The first is a concept sketch:

…and this is a photo of the final piece (which I already posted on Facebook a while back). I would have scanned it in at a better quality but it I had to rush it to the post office…
